The cachers of Central Illinois have formed a successor group to ICACHE. The previous president refused to communicate with anyone and held the web site and the organization captive. Last week we formed the new organization, Central Illinois Geocaching Association (CIGA), and have a trial web site up and running. We decided to organize around a board, so that no one person could hold the organization hostage. Pattytracker is the Secretary. We will contact with more info as we develop our charter. We plan our first event, the NORMAL Breakfast Cache, in Bloomington on November 6, 2004. It will be a membership drive and a meet and greet.
