Dr. Dean's mosquito article
My family has had great success repelling mosquitoes by taking vitamin B12 supplements. The distinctive "B" smell must be unappealing to the bugs, even though it's not discernable to humans. We've found that one tablet every other day is sufficient--and, in fact, more will simply pass through your body and leave your urine bright yellow-green! With this tip, we've been able to enjoy many a camping and caching trip mosquito-free!

Wheelchair Cartoon
Just wanted to say that the cartoon of the wheelchair geocacher was right on! Until my husband 'orygun jim' died in May 04, that was our problem- finding places he could geocache and feel like he was participating. So many times he had to just sit in the car and wait for a report-while he worried about me off in the woods or whatever by myself. It is nice to now see the wheelchair designation on some of the caches.

DNF Editorial
I wanted to applaud you on your article about DNFs. I find, more often than not, that if I enter a DNF on a difficult cache or a new one that either the cache owner or someone on the watchlist will contact me and give me extra hints. As a relative newcomer (less than 6 months) it has helped a lot. Thanks for encouraging others to log their DNFs.
Thanks for jolting my caching mentality in a different direction.

DNF Editorial
Hello Richard,
I want to send you a missive about your "Today's Cacher" editorial,
DNFs. Your thoughts inspired me to post a log for a cache (gcj32b)
that has eluded me for quite a while. I had already posted two of my "failures.” But I have been back twice more and did not post a log. Thanks for jolting my caching mentality in a different direction.
